HEAVY-LIFT SURCHARGE
Our tariff for sea freight and air freight consignments are
applicable for individual package is not exceeding 2,000 kgs’
Any individual exhibit in excess of 2,000 kgs per package will incur
heavy-lift surcharge (in addition to the basic handling charges) as
per the table below.

Exceeding 5000 kgs or dimension over L3mxW2mxH2m
per package will subject to an individual quotation hen the dimensions
and weight are provided. These additional heavy-lift surcharges
are applicable severally for inward movements as well as for outward
movements.
INSURANCE
Our tariff is computed on the basis of volume and weight and has
no correlation with the value of exhibit, it follows that the cost
of insurance cover is not included in our charges. Its is the responsibility
of each exhibitor to arrange Marine (Transport) insurance covering
transport to the exhibition, during the exhibition, and the return
of the exhibits to domicile, including the period the exhibits are
handled by PDA Logistics Ltd., and also ensure that Transport Insurance
is arranged for exhibits sold locally.
REQUEST FOR INSURANCE.
Upon written instruction, PDA Logistics Ltd., can
offer you insurance coverage at competitive premiums.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE
For any additional services not listed in the above, an individual
quotation will be given upon receipt of your requirements.
