* If the content in Exhibition List of Exhibits is
not clear and caused any late
transshipment, penalty
or detention surcharges, the responsibility must be taken
by the exhibitor’s own. * Endorsement
of relevant Government Departments will be charges at cost.
* Above rates based on ground floor exhibits only. A 30%
surcharges for on-site
services will be levied for up stairs exhibits

EXHIBITS
All the import customs paper of sold exhibits must be completed
and the duty/ tax must be paid on or before closing date of the
exhibition. Otherwise, it must be return Hong Kong.
TERMINAL CHARGES AT DESTINATION
Shipment routed over Hong Kong will incur destination terminal charges
and or agents fee which will be passed on as per outlay.
