COURIER FILMS & VIDEO TAPES/ DISCS
Exhibition goods, films & video tapes/ discs arrive via
courier must arrive in Hong Kong between 23 Nov. 2005
It is advisable to send all videotapes and slides (or your script
and description) to PDA Logistics Ltd. no later than 23 Nov., 2005
for censorship in China. Otherwise. You shall submit them to Customs,
through PDA Logistics Ltd’s on-site staff, before making use
of them in the exhibition.

Following clause must be inserted in all documents such as Bill of
Lading and Airway Bill . “The cargo is exhibition
goods for The 2nd Shenzhen International Bicycle & Sporting
Goods Show. It will be trans-shipped to final destination - Shenzhen
from Hong Kong.”
 (A 5% outlay
commission will be imposed on all “Freight Collect”
consignments).
