attached)
- 1 copy of insurance Policy (If insured)

| CONSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS |
Exhibition goods must arrive Hong Kong Between 17
- 19 Nov., 2005
Consignment arriving after the deadlines will have 30% surcharges
(based on basis handling rate) added to their invoice.

| (For individual package not exceeding 2,000 kgs or
3 cbm)
From arrival PDA LOGISTICS Warehouse in Hong Kong to exhibition
stand at site or vice versa.
