SEA FREIGHT

(exhibition materials arrive Hong Kong by vessel))

All exhibition goods & materials will be consolidated in Hong Kong and transited to Shenzhen by road under one time customs clearance (according temporary importation & not yet paid duty/ tax)
DOCUMENT DEADLINES
We need the following documentation not later than 14 Nov.,2005
  • 2 original and 3 copies of Bill of Lading
  • 3 copies of Exhibition Customs List of Exhibits (bank form attached)
  • 1 copy of insurance Policy (If insured)
CONSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Exhibition goods must arrive Hong Kong Between 19 – 22 Nov., 2005

Consignment arriving after the deadlines will have 30% surcharges (based on basis handling rate) added to their invoice.

INWARD/OUTWARD HANDLING TARIFFS
(For individual package not exceeding 2,000 kgs or 3 cbm)

From arrival PDA LOGISTICS Warehouse in Hong Kong to exhibition stand at site or vice versa.

Basic handling rate

 US$108.00 per cbm or 1000 kgs. Whichever is the greater
Minimum charge LCL 1.5cbm per consignment (HBL)Per exhibitor
Minimum charge for FCL FCL 20’ 23 cbm per 20’ container
FCL 40’ 46 cbm per 40’ container
Consignment Fee US$70.00 per consignment (HBL)Per exhibitor
Quarantine handling US$5.00 per package.Min. US$30.00 per consignment (HBL) per exhibitor

The above charges are excluded terminal/ port charges and transportation free from port to our warehouse in Hong Kong. (please refer the rates in page 6)

All consolidated shipments by airfreight or sea freight must be issued with house airway bill or house bill of lading. A consolidation cargo manifest must also be provided
